REPAIR
Do you wish to send RENOVIS your faulty automation components? Contact our repair service: we will help you maintain your machines fully efficient. In our labs, we thoroughly verify your components’ reparability and the perfect outcome of any repair, in order to deliver you a product 100% operational. We radically intervene in order to extend your product’s technical lifetime.
All our repairs are covered by 12 months of warranty from receipt.
A special attention is given to evaluating the convenience of the repair: should we consider the repair to be uneconomic, we propose to replace your product with a new or refurbished one.
REPLACEMENT
If the components you need are available in our warehouse, you could choose the replacement option. In that case, we will send you all the components you need immediately. If you replace your products, you will reduce both shipping times and downtime of your production cycle compared to repair.
REPAIRING PROCESS
In order to guarantee to all our customers the most professional and quick service, RENOVIS follows a severe and thorough repairing process.
When the electronic components to be repaired are received, if necessary, they are cleaned through filtered and dehumidified compress air, then they are drowned in proper ultrasound tanks and treated with degreasing, paint stripping and deoxidizing cleaners. Once cleaned and only after the customer has accepted our quotation, repair is performed.
In every repair, we first replace all those worn out components. In case the problem is not solved by replacing those parts, we investigate more deeply to find the real cause of the malfunctioning.
Once the repair is completed, all electronic devices are properly tested.
