Shipping methods
In order to offer our customers a quality shipping and delivery service, RENOVIS relies on one of the main logistic service providers. BRT is our official courier. In alternative, you can arrange your own shipment. Provide us with the details of your subscription: we will take care of the rest. If a custom courier is used, we will not take any responsibility for loss or damage of the goods.

Shipping times and tracking service 
All material at stock is shipped within 24h from order receipt. Every shipping is of course traceable. After your order is processed, you will receive your tracking number and a link to courier’s website, so that you can follow your parcel at any time, from shipping to delivery.

Fast delivery
We are well aware of the disadvantages a downtime can bring, so we offer, on request, an express delivery service on all our products. Contact us for further information about urgent shipping and delivery.

Delays and/or parcel loss
Delivery takes normally from 1 to 5 working days from order processing, based on the chosen shipping method. Any delay will be promptly notified.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and outlined in all our quotations. Custom duties and fees, if present, are charged to the recipient. We will not accept any charge of custom duties and fees due to importation of goods into the shipping country.

Products temporarily out of stock
If an item is temporarily out of stock and we are waiting for its supply, your order will be put on hold and shipped as soon as possible, after a prompt notification.

Returns and refunds
After 7 days from delivery, if you have not notified us any issue, we will assume that the received goods are perfectly operating and without problems.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must notify RENOVIS within 7 days from delivery and send us the product for testing. We will accept returning an item only in the following cases:

Fault upon receipt
You can return an item which proves to be faulty upon receipt. We will provide to replace the item or repair it, in case it is not available. If neither replacement nor repair is possible, we will refund you.

Shipping damage 
You can return any item which proves to be damaged upon receipt. We shall not be liable in any case whatsoever for goods whose damage is not notified and outlined to the courier upon receipt. If the item has been damaged during the shipment and the damage is visible upon receipt, the buyer must write it on the delivery note upon receipt.
In that case, we will provide to replace the item or repair it, in case it is not available. If neither replacement nor repair is possible, we will refund you.

Wrong product
You can return an item shipped by mistake, in this case we will refund you. We can replace the item once we have received and inspected it. In this case, we will withdraw the item at our own expense.

Unwanted product 
You can return any item, as long as it is in its original package, within 7 days from receipt; however, you will be charged with the 25% of the total amount paid for warehouse reloading.
We will refund the amount paid, minus the warehouse reloading charge, once we receive and inspect the item. Note: we shall not refund or replace items with damaged package, unless they are faulty, wrong or shipped by mistake. We will refund the shipping costs only upon our mistake.

RENOVIS does not accept returns or refunds for the following products:
any product with customized configuration
any software product
