We offer 12 months of full RTB (return to buyer) warranty on every refurbished, replaced or new product. Therefore, if you find any issue within 12 months from receipt, we kindly ask you to contact our staff. We will be glad to assist you and explain you how to proceed.
If a product supplied by RENOVIS shows any anomaly within the first 7 days, we will replace it with an equivalent one. If it is not possible to find an equivalent product, we will refund you the paid sum, including any shipping cost.
If a problem occurs after the first 7 days, our standard warranty terms will apply.
Repair - Replace - Refund
First, we will always try to repair your component in one of our repairing facilities or in one of our local assistance partners. If repairing is not possible or if it requires too much time, we will replace your component with an equivalent one. If it is not possible to find an equivalent component, we will refund you the paid sum, including any shipping cost.
Refurbished product, replacement service and new products
Unless otherwise specified, we guarantee that every supplied product is fully operational and covered by our 6-months “return to buyer” warranty. All warranties are released and will be honored by us, not the manufacturer. If you find any issue within 12 months from receipt, we kindly ask you to return it to us for free repair or replacement.
Our responsibility will be limited to the repair or replacement (your choice) of any faulty product, without additional costs for our customers. If it is not possible either to repair or replace your product, we will refund you the paid sum.
We shall not be held responsible for any damage whatsoever, except for effective damage up to and not in excess of the amount paid to us. We shall not be held responsible for any consequent or indirect damage or for any profit loss.
Repair
Unless otherwise specified, we guarantee that every repaired product is free from defects in workmanship and materials, and is covered by our 12-months “return to buyer” warranty (under normal storage, treatment and installation conditions). If you find any issue within 6 months from receipt, we kindly ask you to return it to us for free repair or replacement.
Our responsibility will be limited to the repair or replacement (your choice) of any faulty product, without additional costs for our customers. If it is not possible either to repair or replace your product, we will refund you the paid sum.
